· The Nigerian Equity Bourse recorded an upward swing, as NSE ASI and Market capitalization both increased by 0.34% to 25,335.15 Index Points and N13.22 Trillion respectively. Year-to-Date ASI is still at a negative of -5.61%.
· Number of trade and Value of trade both decreased by -10.47% and -48.25% to 4137 deals and N1.121 Billion while Volume of trade increased by 16.59% to 268.740 Million units respectively.
· BOCGAS, MBENEFIT & ROYALEX topped the gainers’ table percentage price change by 10.00%, while MOBIL led the losers’ chart with percentage price change by -9.96%.
· Market breadth was positive with Thirteen (13) price gainers and Twenty-two (22) price losers.
