Equities Market
- The Nigerian Equity Bourse recorded a downward slide, as NSE ASI and Market capitalization both decreased by 0.26% to 29,552.99 Index Points and N15.223Tr respectively. Year-to-Date ASI is still at a positive of 10.10%.
- Number of trade and Volume of trade both increased by 11.79% and 140.59% to 4306 and 444.038 Million respectively while Value of trade decreased by 4.69% to N3.349 Billion.
- NAHCO topped the gainers’ table percentage price change by 9.80%, while UNILEVER led the losers’ chart with percentage price change by -9.97%.
- Market breadth was positive with Fourteen (14) price gainers and Thirteen (13) price losers.
